Hi I’m Dr David Kiran Kanagala. I grew up dreaming to be a doctor. And the moment came when I got into CMC Vellore for my MBBS. I had an encounter with not just the art of modern medicine but the values and ethics needed to become a complete doctor. Having done my MBBS, I had the blessing to go on and do my PG diploma in the field of Radiodiagnosis DMRD in my alma mater – CMC Vellore.
Post-PG, I had the opportunity to work as a consultant Radiologist in the best centers of the city of Hyderabad. History was made the day we a group of 4 radiologists got together to form a group – True Med – to reflect the art of medicine and along with that the virtues of medicine, namely truth, ethics, integrity, fair practice, empathy and compassion for those in sickness as well as health.
